Craig Balinski

Craig began his massage career in 1991, treating clients in hospital pre and post operation. His wealth of knowledge in massage includes deep tissue, remedial and sports. Craig is a member of ARM, has a diploma in sports massage and a diploma of massage. He has extensive knowledge in his field and a wide range of techniques to deeply relax muscles, stretch specific muscle groups, improve flexibility and help clients move better.

Craig has been part of the Stirling Health team since 2006. He works collaboratively with our other practitioners at the clinic and uses his knowledge and experience to provide input as to where he thinks problems are occurring, particularly pertaining to muscular tightness and adhesions. Craig is very thorough and observant, and in his experience he has been able to provide several suggestions as to why such problems may be occurring for clients. 

Craig is happily married and has two beautiful children. His wife Angela works alongside him as one of our other remedial massage therapists at Stirling Health Professionals.
