Kristy Dow

Kristy is a remedial massage therapist trained in cupping, trigger point and myofascial therapy with a strong interest in deep tissue massage. She keeps up to date with current developments in the industry, regularly attending the massage and Myotherapy National Conference and participating in seminars and online learning.

Kristy has always had a strong desire to help people. She worked as a carer for people with disabilities and the elderly before returning to study and completing her Diploma of Remedial Massage in 2005. Kristy started her career at a highly regarded sports massage clinic where she gained four years’ massage experience which included elite athletes from a range of sports.

Kristy first came to Stirling Health Professional in 1991 and experienced first-hand the benefits of a multidisciplinary clinic. Consequently she welcomed the opportunity to start work here in 2009.

An animal lover, in her spare time Kristy volunteers for Staffy and Bully Breed Rescue (SABBR). From the group she rescued her own special needs pup, a staffy labrador cross called Fifi who has become a much loved and central part of her family.
